2008 NBL Grand National

The 2008 NBL Grands was the best track they have ever created! It was super smooth with good flow and really fast. Speaking for the team, I would have to say that we all struggled with a slowly dropping gate that was very difficult to time, but everyone seemed to get it dialed in by race time.

On Saturday Team Force was looking good in the first two motos with Matt Mobley bagging two third place finishes and Zack Jones taking a third and a fourth. Chelsey and Ryan Adams looked strong with two firsts and two thirds. I got a third and a second.

Sunday started with Matt Mobley transferring to the semi and then to the main where he got caught up in a crash and finished sixth putting him in the number five national spot. Congrats Matt! Zack Jones on Sunday got third in his third moto and made it to the quarter finals where he finished "a rough day out" and got fifth. Chelsey Adams took another win in her third moto to transfer to the quarters, finishing sixth in her main event slotting her to a number 4 in the nation. Congrats Chelsey you did awesome! Ryan Adams got a fourth in his third moto making it to the quarters where he gave 110% all the way to the line for a fifth place finish which was a huge improvement from the beginning of the season, so everyone in Florida better watch out because Ryan is on the move! I got a second in my third moto and made it to the quarters wear there where eight men stacked up with only four going to the main. I wasn't one of them... I had a great gate and just couldn't get to the inside which was critical. I did my best to salvage a fourth but came up short with a fifth. The Orlando cruiser boys Vilo and Dennis did awsome in there motos and made it all the way to their main where Vilo finished third and Dennis in sixth. Great job to all the Force riders that went to the grands!

Summer 2008

Summer training time is coming to a end. Many of our riders have been on the track as much or more than they are during race season. Training camps where held all summer long with Florida's finest talents as teachers. Team Force riders where present at every camp looking stronger everyday! We still have about 60 days before the State season starts. Keep training!
